Eye protection

STANDARD(S):
Eye protection
The eye is one of the most complex organs in our body. But it is also particularly fragile, despite its extraordinary regenerative capacity. On a construction site, there are many aggressive factors that can threaten the eyes: chemicals, vapours, fumes, sparks, debris. Eye protection must therefore not be neglected.

To protect our eyes, despite precautionary measures, it is recommended to wear protective goggles.

Designed in plastic materials, they cover the eyes to act as a shield against the various hazards present on a construction site.

To choose the right protective goggles, it is important to be aware of existing standards.

EN 166:2001 requires good optical quality, resistance to mechanical risks, shocks, impacts and common hazards. It represents the basic standard for eye protection on construction sites. That's why all Dulary eyewear models meet this standard.

Likewise, it is often accompanied by three other standards:
●      En 170: ultraviolet filter
●      En 172: sun protection filter for industrial use
●      En 1836: sun protection filter for leisure use

Dulary protection goggles
The Dulary range offers a choice of 7 eye protection solutions.

Wilco goggles available in a tinted and clear version are lightweight and comfortable. Designed in polycarbonate, they offer an excellent field of vision. The nose bridge and pins are adjustable to fit your face perfectly. They absorb 99.99% of UVB and UVA rays.

Squadron goggles are also made of polycarbonate. Thanks to them, 99.99% of UVA and UVB rays are absorbed. Adjustable, this eye protection is treated against scratches and fogging.

In this range, Atlas goggles stand out with adjustable and reclining temples. Made of polyamide, they also offer protection against UVB and UVA rays as well as resistance against scratches and fogging.

If you already wear prescription glasses every day, Aegean overgoggles are for you. Despite their large volume, they remain very light and comfortable. For the rest, we find characteristics similar to other frames: anti-fogging, scratchproof, protection against UVA and UVB rays, adjustable branches.

You can also opt for the Sigma protective mask. This time, the temples are replaced by an adjustable headband that guarantees a hold in any position. This eye protection resists scratches, prevents fogging, and protects the eyes from UVA and UVB rays.

Lighter and less bulky, Flylux 60950 goggles are also worn with an adjustable headband. They are made of nylon and are lined with EVA foam to ensure optimal comfort.

The vented mask is relatively simple both in its shape and in its PVC design. Fitted with vents and a tightening elastic, it is designed for persons looking for simple but effective eye protection.
